Many women use the bundle alongside care from their doctor, fertility specialist, or functional practitioner (like myself) for added clarity and direction.

Is this vegan friendly? +

The meal and supplement frameworks emphasize high-quality animal proteins, organ meats, collagen, eggs, and dairy—all staples in functional fertility nutrition. Because of that, the guide is not fully vegan friendly.

You will still find plant-forward options and vegetarian swaps, but if you avoid animal products entirely you may need additional guidance beyond this bundle.
