About

I’m Kylie.

a registered dietitian specializing in fertility and women’s health.

I help women make sense of their bodies and the fertility advice they’re receiving, so they know what actually matters.

This work became personal
long before it became my
profession.

Before fertility was something I supported professionally, it was something I was trying to understand in my own body. I dealt with persistent hormone-related symptoms and kept being told everything looked “normal,” even when it didn’t feel that way. Working with a functional and integrative practitioner for the first time was the turning point, it showed me how much context matters, and how often important details get overlooked.

Later, even as a fertility dietitian, pregnancy reminded me how challenging this season can be. Knowing the science doesn’t make uncertainty disappear. What it did reinforce was how important it is to have someone in your corner, someone who pays attention, takes your concerns seriously, and helps you make sense of what might be missing without asking you to do everything perfectly.

My Approach

I don’t believe fertility support should feel urgent or fear-driven. Too often, women are told they’re running out of time or missing something critical, when what’s actually missing is context. My work focuses on making the foundational pieces of fertility support specific to the person in front of me, rather than following generic protocols or checklists.

I use labs with every client, not to chase numbers or stack protocols, but to guide the basics. Interpreted through a fertility lens, labs help us understand what the body needs more of, less of, or better support around. From there, we build thoughtfully, often simplifying rather than adding more.

Fertility care shouldn’t become another stressor. This season carries enough uncertainty as it is. Part of my role is helping shoulder that mental load, paying close attention to the details, laying out a clear plan, and guiding clients step by step so they’re not trying to figure everything out on their own.

Who I Work With

I primarily work with women who have been trying to conceive for six months or longer and aren’t getting pregnant, often after being told that everything looks “normal.” Many have already had basic labs run, have tried to conceive naturally, and are unsure what, if anything, they’re missing.

Some are considering fertility treatments. Others have already been through IUI or parts of the medical system and are feeling burnt out, frustrated, or unsupported. What they tend to have in common is a desire to understand why things haven’t worked yet, and a preference for thoughtful guidance over rigid rules or quick fixes.

This work is best suited for women who are open to lifestyle and nutrition changes, want help interpreting what may be missing, and value a steady, individualized approach. If you’re looking for someone to pay close attention, help prioritize what matters, and guide you through this season with care, you’re likely in the right place.
